Can I return packages to this address?
No. You cannot return packages to this address.  We do not house products here.  Return your package to the sent from address on your package label.

How do I track my shipment?
KnightWholesalers uses several different shipping providers. We will provide you with the information of that shipping company and the tracking number immediately after the product is shipped.

Can I change the shipping address after I placed my order?
KnightWholesalers strives on service excellence. Because of the high volume of orders, we begin to process your order immediately after your order so that your package can get to you in a timely manner.  Therefore, you will not be able to change your shipping address after your order is processed.

When is the best time to contact your customer service?

What are your return policies?
A return label is provided for your convenience.  You can return your products to the address provided on the label.
